We had some water in our basement after a hard rain. Nick was here the next day, identified the problem, and was able to refer us to the right person to get it fixed up. Fantastic service! I hope we don’t need them, but if we did I would call Maryland Mold and Waterproofing in a second!

I can’t recommend Nick enough. This is the place you should call when you have a foundation issue. His quote was 1/3 of the other quote we got but then he said that to be honest, the problem is probably clogged outlet drains and the water is backing up against the house. He suggested consulting with a landscaper first and addressing the problem, and then we may not need to do anything to the basement. We talked to our landscaper and he can replace the drain hoses/ down spout and direct the water away from the house. Nick, there is a special place in heaven for people like you!

I have had workmen who come and do a job with out acknowledging me, but both Kenney and Phil were very courteous hardworking as well as hospitable and kept me updated each step of the process as they worked. I must admit their decision making was greatly appreciated and it reflected in their work. For my next project I will request their services again.

MD Mold & Waterproofing did an excellent job in removing the mold from my entire basement. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive during the process of emptying a basement full of 26 years of memories. I highly recommend them.

We had some bathroom mold that I was worried about and a previous team had come out and told us that it was a full gut job. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion, and John assured us that it was just surface level and easily saved us tens of thousands of dollars!
